Great customer service today. Team member helped with hockey bag suggestions and rounded up some other items while I chose my bag. Knowledgeable staff member provided the best experience overall.

I was helped today by Cooper. He was super helpful. I needed new referee pants and he had no issue checking to see if they had the ones I wanted in the warehouse and had them brought up. Glad there’s employees there again that don't mind working.

Needed to outfit my kid in New hockey gear for the upcoming season and Luke really stepped up and helped us find the right size in each piece we needed. The store had a nice variety of gear for several different sports. They had every thing we where looking for at a price that didn't make me cringe!! We will be back to this location for sure!!

First time visit. New to the sport and I needed help. I walked in to get all the equipment for my kids new hockey season. I was asked what I was looking for, I said hockey gear and the employees started laughing and giggling at me. When I asked what was so funny they just laughed more. Nope, not ever going back to this store.

I came in looking for skates and elbow pads. As soon as we walked in Alec asked us if we needed any help and we accepted. He let me try on anything I needed and showed me the different brands and styles. We then moved on to the skates and the same thing happened. I was able to try different sizes, styles, and brands. I was able to find exactly what I need and and what was comfortable. Alex was a great help and I would definitely come back in the future. Thanks Alec!!!

The place is less helpful after the renovation. They no longer provide fbv sharpenings. They also only had one set of pants throughout the store that were an adult size. Not worth the drive vs other hockey stores in the area.

After spending at least $10,000 in this store over the last few years, I learned the hard way they don't accept ice skate returns. My son was convinced by the salesperson to try a new style of Bauer skates. My son tried them once on the ice one time and hated them. I tried to return them and was told no. I wish the sales person or store had a sign up saying no returns on skates. After the fact I found their policy online. "No returns for jocks or skates." I will be going to Pure Hockey with my purchases from here on. I don't think jocks cost $1,000. I hope the sales person enjoys his commission. Carma will pay him back!

Traveled here from Austin to pick up new pads for my son's upcoming hockey season. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Braydon, forgive me if I spelled it wrong. This young man informed me it was only his second day on the job and was super excited to help outfit my son with all new gear. We started at skates and worked our way up. Braydon had a fantastic attitude even while my kid was dancing around, haha. This young man is an excellent addition to your staff. Thanks again for another great experience at Monkey Sports!!!
